Light + Building 2026: Cangini & Tucci’s light illuminates Frankfurt

Light + Building 2026, the leading international trade fair for lighting and architecture, has just come to a close. From March 8 to 13, Frankfurt once again became the global meeting point for designers, companies, and industry professionals, welcoming thousands of visitors from around the world.

At booth C31 – hall 3.1, Cangini & Tucci presented its latest lighting solutions, reaffirming the dialogue between technological innovation and craftsmanship that has always defined the brand. A space designed for exchange and inspiration, welcoming architects, interior and lighting designers in search of lighting solutions capable of interacting with contemporary architecture.

GREGHⒸ Ⓓ Ⓡ: the new collection takes center stage

The undisputed highlight of the booth was GREGHⒸ Ⓓ Ⓡ, the new line of lamps that captured visitors’ attention.

With this project, Cangini & Tucci introduces a new interpretation of light: an open system capable of drawing a true astral map in space. The design of GREGHⒸ Ⓓ Ⓡ recalls the harmony of constellations. A slender metal structure traces light orbits in space, while borosilicate glass becomes both diffuser and protagonist. The luminous nodes float within a radiant network that can develop vertically or horizontally, adapting to project needs like an ever-evolving astral diagram.

The configurations presented in Frankfurt showcased the system’s wide compositional potential: linear installations, three-dimensional developments, and scenographic solutions designed to enhance volumes, perspectives, and spatial perception.

Featured collections at the booth

Alongside the new releases, the booth also featured some of the most iconic creations from Cangini & Tucci.

CLOS© brought its delicate and convivial form into the exhibition space, designed to create intimate and welcoming atmospheres. PIT©, with its essential geometric language, demonstrated its design versatility, ideal for contemporary environments and highly structured architectural compositions. CHERRY© added a more dynamic and contemporary touch, thanks to its iconic silhouette and playful character that makes it instantly recognizable. Alongside these collections, MARK© expressed a more architectural approach to light, with an elegant and balanced presence that naturally integrates into space. AERON© FREE, the first cordless lamp by Cangini & Tucci, represented the evolution of lighting toward new modes of use: rechargeable and designed to accompany spaces with freedom and flexibility. Finally, ZOE®, a timeless icon of the brand, confirmed its central role in the collection: a lamp that combines formal purity, balance, and a soft, enveloping light, becoming over time one of the symbols of Cangini & Tucci design.

Beyond the fair: light as a project

Light + Building 2026 once again proved to be an important opportunity for international exchange, as well as a starting point for new design directions. A light that does not simply illuminate, but becomes an integral part of the spatial experience.
